About Us
Edwards & White was formed in 1995 in the wake of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations, 1994. The service began with CDM Co-ordinator roles and has expanded to cover all sectors of construction safety services. Our clients are divided into three categories:
- Developers – clients who want to build, refurbish or demolish something. For example, a developer building forty new 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses on a green field site
- Principal Contractors – clients who will build, refurbish or demolish something. For example, a principal contractor building an extension to a secondary school for a new gymnasium and library.
- Support Contractors – clients who support the principal contractor with specialisms. For example, electricians, ground workers, scaffolders, roofers, carpenters, heating and plumbers etc
Edwards & White has offices in Cavendish Square, London where consultancy and training services are delivered. We offer a free consultation to new clients. This meeting allows for a review of the client ’s construction safety needs.
